If you are taking drugs regularly and need repeat prescriptions, then you will find that the prescription has been written by our computer. It comes in two halves: the prescription itself for you to give to the chemist as normal, and a tear-off slip that contains a list of all the drugs you are taking regularly. KEEP THIS TEAR - OFF SLIP. When you need another prescription without seeing us, TICK the item(s) you want and hand, post or fax the slip to reception or use the online service on our website. If you include a stamped addressed envelope we will post the prescription back to you. Otherwise it will be ready for you to collect from the Practice after 48 hours. From time to time we shall ask you to see us to check that your drugs are still right for you, and when this is the case your tear-off slip will have a message to see either your GP or a Practice Nurse.
